Use this checklist before copying any generated draft into a canonical repository.

Updated

  • [ ] Confirm the canonical source repository for each draft.
  • [ ] Check source claims against current product boundaries and published docs.
  • [ ] Choose one primary audience and remove unrelated implementation detail.
  • [ ] Verify CTAs and cross-links before promotion.
  • [ ] Run the affected site build after promoting a draft.
