Gates and evidence
L0 has no Assay gate for unattended runs — every change is human-initiated and human-reviewed in the IDE.
When using the Wizard at l0_analyst, MutationPolicy should remain read-only; downstream automation must not edit artifacts without explicit approval.
Implemented vs planned
| Implemented | Interactive Cursor planning; Wizard L0 analyst mode; cost-aware rules in blueprints |
| Not applicable | Unattended patch units, worker ladder, dual-wiki trace, level-specific assay |
| Planned | N/A — L0 is the baseline interactive posture |
