Extend product-boundaries.md so the Owns/Does-not-own table covers operator tools, adjacent products, and quality/LLM infra. Add an explicit out-of-spine note for blueprint consumers.

Do

  1. Add rows: Forge STI, Dark Factory (methodology product), Forge Universe (adjacent), Cockpit (+ memory/mobile), Knowledge Assistant, Certificators, forge-composer, forge-llm, a11y-checker, A11y Studio.
  2. Keep forge-cdp-manager and Factory Droid rows consistent (Droid ≠ Dark Factory product).
  3. Add Out of platform spine section for Situ8, Situ8-web, Capablio.

Check

  • Every gap-canvas “Missing/Thin” product has a boundary row or out-of-spine callout.
  • No runbook depth; spine-shaped Owns/Does-not-own only.

Revise until table is complete; proceed to E02.
