Plan

Confirm forge-agents PDCA harness exists: master sequence in forge-platform, SEQUENCE.yaml, gate and run scripts in forge-agents. No implementation work — scaffold only.

Do

  1. Read 00-master-sequence.md for phase order A00–A14.
  2. Verify forge-agents/scripts/forge-agents-pdca/{SEQUENCE.yaml,check-phase-gate.sh,pdca-run-phase.sh} are present.
  3. Do not add agent packages, orchestrator code, or Platform handbook content in this phase.

Check

forge-agents/scripts/forge-agents-pdca/check-phase-gate.sh A00

Act

Add or fix missing scaffold files until A00 gate is green; then proceed to A01.

Refuse

  • A2+ autonomy — no unsupervised agent registration, auto-send, or Matrix impersonation.
  • Lenses SoR replacement — do not claim forge-agents replaces Lenses ForgeRun storage.
  • Second executor — do not delegate phases to a model other than Composer 2.5 without explicit program override.
  • Workcell migration — do not move forge-workcells runners into forge-agents.
