  1. Write E11-reassessment.md with before/after matrix (same product list as gap canvas).
  2. Confirm P0/P1 closed; list remaining P2/P3 with rationale.
  3. Optionally update gap canvas artifact.

Check

  • Reassessment file exists with explicit P0/P1 verdict.
  • No product listed “Missing” that now has boundary + link-out or hub page.

Act

Open follow-up issues only for deferred P2/P3.
