Expose new pages in site-nav.yaml and docs/start/index.md. Update fpw platform_nav.py Start section prefixes.

Do

  1. Add Start dropdown children for operator-tools, quality-lane, llm-gateway, consumers, product link-outs.
  2. Update start hub reading order.
  3. Add docs/operator-tools/, docs/products/, and new root docs to _START_ROOT_PAGES / start prefixes.

Check

  • Rebuild fpw; new pages appear in Start nav/sidebar.

Act

Fix platform_nav if pages fall into wrong section.

Refuse

  • Nav changes without corresponding Markdown files
