Local operator products that support Forge delivery but do not have a Firebase handbook shell. Platform documents their role, ports, and contracts; runbooks live in each repo's docs/ or README.md.

Use these tools when you need harvest, case-study RAG, bank-health pipelines, or workspace deploy manifests — not when you need the governed run spine (that is Lenses) or container execution (that is Fleet).

Operator tools run locally or on operator-controlled hosts. They do not replace Lenses as system of record for ForgeRuns, approvals, or evidence.
